Josh has had the privilege of serving in local churches, including Fellowship Church at Plum Creek, in youth and men’s leadership, while studying at Liberty University to earn a degree in Biblical and Theological Studies. Most recently, he served as the church planting resident at The Well in San Marcos, TX. In the fall of 2023, after much prayer and counsel, the Clark family obediently answered God’s call to plant The Vine Community Church.
They began meeting in the living room of their West Buda home with just a few families, and God quickly began to work in their hearts and in the hearts of those who felt called to join this new mission.
After a year of praying, planning, and serving, The Vine officially launched in September of 2024. Now, we are prayerfully anticipating how God will multiply and mobilize disciples of Jesus to reach families, serve the community, and impact the world.
Pastor Josh is passionate about teaching God’s Word in a way that is both emotional and relatable, with the goal of helping people experience God’s deep love and grace, while working together to see our city flourish.
